We are pleased to invite candidates for the position of Relationship Manager Working Capital (Multiple Roles) in Pune and Upcountry locations.

Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and driven Relationship Managers to acquire, manage, and grow SME / Emerging Enterprise / Working Capital clients. The role demands strong business sourcing capabilities, credit understanding, and relationship management skills to support the bank’s fastgrowing SME franchise.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current working capital customers through field sourcing, references, and market intelligence.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions across Working Capital, Term Loans, OD/CC, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, and prepare CAM proposals in collaboration with credit teams.
- Manage an active portfolio of existing clients ensuring timely renewals, documentation, and compliance.
- Drive crosssell and product penetration including CMS, POS, Payment Solutions, and Business Insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, accountants,



and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly acquisition and revenue targets across assets, fee income, and crosssell products.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of SME lending, financial statements, and working capital assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Capability to source business independently and manage extensive field activity.
- Understanding of market industries, supply chains, and business models.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce / Finance preferred).
- Experience: 1–6 years in Business Banking, SME Lending, or similar relationship management roles.
- Industry: BFSI preferred.
