- Drive life insurance business through the assigned HDFC Bank Bancassurance branches and deliver agreed business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other key banking stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate life insurance solutions through effective financial need analysis.
- Generate quality business through customer referrals, branch engagements, and lead conversion activities.
- Conduct joint customer meetings, sales presentations, and awareness sessions to enhance product penetration.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales, revenue, productivity, and persistency targets.
- Deliver a superior customer experience by providing timely support throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, operational, and organizational policies and processes.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, business activities,
and sales performance through designated systems and tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- 1-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, Banking Sales, Wealth Management, Investments, CASA, Liabilities, or Financial Services Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused skilled with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with banking partners to drive business outcomes.
- Candidates with prior experience in Bancassurance or Insurance distribution channels will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will have an advantage.
