: Process Auditor SAP Business One (B1)

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct manufacturing process audits and verify SAP Business One (B1) transactions.
- Audit production orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), material issues/receipts, and production completion entries.
- Verify raw material consumption, batch traceability, scrap, rejection, and wastage.
- Audit GRPO, Goods Issue/Receipt, Inventory Transfer, and Inventory Posting transactions.
- Reconcile physical stock with SAP records; verify warehouse-wise inventory, valuation, and transaction accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation, authorization, SOP compliance, and internal controls for material movement and production.
- Identify process deviations, unauthorized/duplicate entries, and control weaknesses; prepare audit reports with risks, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Purchase, and Finance to close audit observations.
- Audit Item Master, Business Partner (BP) Master, and master data requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Recommend CAPA, track implementation,



and conduct SAP master data and process training.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing process auditing, inventory auditing, or production operations.
- Education: Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering qualifications are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on SAP Business One (B1); knowledge of production orders, BOM, inventory transactions, warehouse management, and batch/serial number management.
- Additional Skills: Manufacturing workflows, inventory reconciliation, internal controls, Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Key Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, root-cause analysis, audit reporting, cross-functional coordination, integrity, and process discipline.
