We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our IT team as an IT System Administrator. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and operating systems.
- Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Support the installation and configuration of printers and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and resolve basic technical issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and maintain IT equipment.
- Assist with system updates, antivirus installation, and routine maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Fundamentals of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP is an advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
