Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. This opportunity is open to freshers interested in starting their career in recruitment as well as experienced professionals with up to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies is preferred.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
