:

The BIM Designer MEP will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed 3D BIM models and technical documentation for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (FF) systems in building projects.

The role involves working closely with MEP engineers, architects, project managers, and international clients to deliver accurate, coordinated, and clash-free BIM models in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards.

The position is Work From Home, supporting flagship projects for leading MEP design consulting firms across the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (FF) systems.
- Prepare and update BIM models, layouts, shop drawings, construction documentation, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other building disciplines to minimize clashes.
- Perform clash detection, coordination,



and resolution using relevant BIM software.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accurate modelling.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Update BIM models based on design changes, coordination requirements, and project revisions.
- Ensure models and documentation comply with applicable project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Support the delivery of BIM projects for international clients across multiple disciplines.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
