Role & responsibilities

- Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer discussions.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Maintain daily recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.

- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
