Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: NSL SEZ, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our International Voice Process team. Candidates will handle international customer queries, resolve concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Sound judgment and decision-making skills

Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including US night shifts

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (05 years) (International Voice process and Blended Process)
- (Interaction with the customers)

Age Limit: 18–35 years

- Regular college students are not eligible
- Educational certificates are mandatory





Salary & Benefits Take-Home Salary: 23,000–39,000 per month, after statutory deductions

Free two-way cab facility within a 23 km radius, subject to company policy

STW allowance of 3,300 for eligible male employees

Job Details

- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
- Rotational US shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates must reside within a 23 km radius of the office
