Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years
Eligibility: MBA/PGDM HR / BBA / B.Com or a related HR background
What You Will Learn
Recruitment and candidate coordination
Interview scheduling and follow-ups
Joining and onboarding processes
Employee documentation and HR operations
MIS and attendance management
Manpower coordination
Employee engagement activities
Exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
What We Are Looking For
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Flexibility and willingness to travel across multiple locations
Important Travel Requirement The candidate must be willing to travel across the entire North Region, including:
Delhi | Uttar Pradesh (UP) | Uttarakhand (UK) | Rajasthan | Punjab | Chandigarh
