Key Responsibilities

- Drive Prime LAP business and achieve sales and disbursement targets.
- Source high-value loan proposals and manage big-ticket portfolios.
- Develop strong DSA, connector and channel partner networks.
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle, from sourcing to disbursement.




- Coordinate with credit, legal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Mandatory: Prior LAP sales experience.
- Proven exposure to big-ticket loans and high-value portfolios.
- Strong DSA handling, networking and business development skills.
- Experience in banking, NBFCs or housing finance preferred.
