Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service.

- Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
