Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per established recipes and quality standards.

- Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience to customers.

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and caf premises.

- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash management.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and supplies.

- Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment requirements.

- Follow food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines at all times.

- Support caf operations during peak business hours.

- Assist in setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-5 years of experience as a Barista in a caf, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee chain.

- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing techniques, and caf operations.

- Robust customer service and communication skills.
