- 2-4 years of experience in Asset Verticals Industry.
The Asset Desk Manager (ADM) plays a pivotal role in driving the branchs asset business growth by acting as the single point of contact for all asset-related products such as Home Loans, Micro LAP, MSME Loans, Agri Loans, and Vehicle Loans. The objective of this role is to maximize branch-level asset penetration, strengthen cross-sell opportunities, and enhance the customer journey across asset products.
- Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products.
- Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing current customers
