Key Requirements
Education: bachelor's degree or above.
Experience: A minimum of 03 years in sales & operations, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
Skills: Team management, loan product knowledge, local language/geography proficiency, and offline channel/DSA network building.
People: Recruit, train, and mentor frontline sales teams.
