About the Role

We are hiring Voice Process Executives to make outbound business calls to truckers and owner-operators in the United States and onboard them onto our Loadboard platform. Since a large share of US truckers (roughly 70%) are Punjabi-speaking, fluency in Punjabi alongside strong English is a key requirement. You will be the first point of contact for drivers, so clear communication, trust-building and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to truckers, owner-operators and small fleet owners to introduce our Loadboard and its benefits.
- Explain the platform, features, load availability and the onboarding process clearly in English or Punjabi, based on the driver's comfort.
- Guide truckers through registration and onboarding, and follow up until the account is activated.
- Handle questions and objections confidently and build long-term relationships with drivers.
- Send professional follow-up emails (introductions, onboarding steps, reminders, summaries) following proper email etiquette.
- Update call outcomes, notes and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM / tracking sheets.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, connects and successful onboardings.
- Share driver feedback and market insights with the team to improve the product and outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent spoken Punjabi and strong spoken English (a clear, neutral accent is preferred).




- Excellent written communication with a valuable command of business email etiquette.
- Prior experience in voice process, outbound calling, telesales or customer support (1–2 years preferred).
- Confident, polite and persuasive telephone manner with good listening skills.
- Basic computer skills: email, MS Excel / Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in US-time-zone shifts and meet targets.
- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience (as per company policy).

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience in US logistics, freight, trucking or the load board / dispatch industry.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu, which helps with a wider driver base.
- Experience with dialers, VoIP tools and CRM software.
- Understanding of US time zones and basic trucking terms (MC/DOT number, dry van, reefer, flatbed, etc.).
