Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in International Voice Process / Call Center.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with B2-level English proficiency.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Flexibility to work in US shifts and rotational week-offs.

- Experience in customer support, voice process, or call center operations.
