Job Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting and workpiece loading.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain component quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Follow production schedules, safety standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and proper tool management.
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in VMC machine operation.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and cutting tools.
- Ability to maintain production quality and accuracy.
