Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements. Load and unload raw materials and finished components. Set up tools and workpieces as per instructions. Read and understand engineering drawings.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments. Monitor machine operations and maintain product quality. Identify machining defects and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices. Follow safety procedures and production targets. Maintain production records and inspection reports.
