Role Description The Visual Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Visual

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and web interfaces that support iLabkart’s healthcare and fitness B2B offerings.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining consistent branding across touchpoints, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into clear visual communication, and preparing design files for production and deployment.



The role involves designing user-friendly layouts for web and digital platforms, creating graphics that communicate complex information simply, and iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.

The Visual

Designer will also contribute to design guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional visuals including but not limited to presentations, manuals, socaial media posts, emailers for B2B audiences.
- Experience in Branding and Graphics, including developing and maintaining brand identity, style guides, and consistent visual language.
- Proficiency in Web Design, with an understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design for digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and file preparation for print and digital use.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design work for corporate, healthcare, or technology sectors; B2B or healthcare/fitness domain experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
