Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end machine-vision inspection projects, from requirement analysis and feasibility studies to installation and commissioning.
- Develop and implement vision inspection solutions using industrial cameras, lenses, lighting systems, sensors, and image-processing technologies.
- Manage fabric inspection projects, including FIDAS (Fabric Inspection & Defect Analysis System), for textile manufacturing applications.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with software, hardware, electrical, mechanical, and automation teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Configure and optimize image acquisition, defect detection, classification, and inspection algorithms.
- Conduct system testing, validation, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting to achieve required inspection accuracy.
- Monitor project progress,



identify technical risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements, provide project updates, and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover of vision inspection systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, test reports, and operating procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and customers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
