Role Description The Visa Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Visa

Consultant will guide individuals and businesses through visa and immigration processes, including assessing eligibility, explaining requirements, and recommending appropriate visa options. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating application submissions, tracking case progress,



and responding to client queries in a timely manner. The role involves staying up to date with immigration regulations, policy changes, and procedural updates across relevant jurisdictions, and translating these into clear, practical advice.

The Visa

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate information, smooth processing, and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of immigration and visa regulations, including Immigration Issues, Visas, and Immigration-related procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing Consulting, providing structured advice and solutions in a professional services environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, case tracking, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and online visa/immigration portals; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in immigration or global mobility are a plus.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, global mobility, or international staffing is highly beneficial.
