Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct field visits to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure timely submission of daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in BFSI, banking, or life insurance sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
