About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Production Editor with a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine understanding of what makes an edit work.

We don’t expect years of experience. We expect you to demonstrate your skills through your work.

You’ll be editing videos for a range of D2C and edtech brands, working across both real footage and AI-generated videos. The role requires someone who can adapt to different editing styles, understand the intent behind a video, and turn raw footage or generated visuals into engaging content.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Work on both live-action footage and AI-generated videos.
- Build engaging edits using strong hooks, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Adapt editing styles to different brands, audiences, and platforms.
- Explore AI video tools and new editing techniques to improve creative output.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to execute video concepts.

What We’re Looking For





- A strong video editing portfolio that demonstrates your skills and creative thinking.
- A good understanding of storytelling, pacing, music, sound design, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- An understanding of short-form video formats and social media content.
- Interest in AI-generated video and familiarity with tools such as Kling, Runway, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to incorporate feedback.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and consistently improve your craft.
