About the RoleWe're looking for a Video Editor who is curious, creative, and eager to learn quick.

You'll work across branded films, digital content, social media, documentaries, original content, and new formats.

This role is not just about putting clips together. It's about understanding story, pacing, music, emotion, and what makes a film work.

You'll get exposure to the entire process — from an initial idea and raw footage coming in to the final film going out. You'll work alongside experienced filmmakers, producers, and creatives, with opportunities to take ownership, experiment with new ideas, and grow your craft.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit branded films, digital content, social videos, interviews, documentaries, and original content.
- Transform raw footage into compelling stories through strong storytelling, pacing, music, sound, and visual structure.
- Create multiple versions, cut-downs, and platform-specific edits for social media and digital platforms.
- Work with footage from diverse shoots, production environments, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with producers, creatives, directors, and clients throughout the editing process.
- Work with motion graphics, titles, basic VFX, and other post-production elements as required.
- Develop an understanding of colour grading, sound design, and final finishing.
- Experiment with new editing styles, content formats, and AI-led creative workflows.




- Contribute ideas to improve the creative quality and effectiveness of every project.

Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in video editing, filmmaking, branded content, advertising, production, or related work.
- A strong visual sense and understanding of storytelling.
- A good instinct for pacing, music, emotion, and what makes a scene work.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in continuously improving your editing and creative skills.
- The ability to think creatively rather than simply follow instructions.
- The ability to take ownership of projects and solve problems independently.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving creative environment where every project can be different.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, take feedback, and try new things.
- A strong hunger to learn and grow across editing, storytelling, cinematography, production, AI, and emerging content formats.
- An interest in understanding how professional productions come together and how the creative production business works.
