About the Role

LOUDLABS is looking for a skilled and creative video editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished, and platform-ready content. The candidate will work across multiple projects, editing both long-form and short-form videos for digital platforms, social media, and other content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end video editing for multiple projects across digital platforms.
- Edit long-form and short-form content, including YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, discussions, highlights, reels, and promotional videos.
- Transform raw footage into engaging stories with strong hooks, effective pacing,



and smooth narrative flow.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
- Create engaging intros, outros, and attention-grabbing openings wherever required.
- Adapt editing styles according to project objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
- Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and creative teams to understand briefs and deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, audio quality, and overall production standards.
- Stay updated with video editing trends, storytelling techniques, and popular digital content formats.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of qualified experience in video editing, digital media, or content production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or other motion graphics and design tools is an advantage.
- Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
