About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who understands that editing is more than simply cutting clips together and adding transitions. We want someone who can think, look at raw footage, and ask: "How can I make this feel better?" You will work on real brand and marketing projects, experimenting with editing styles, pacing, storytelling, colour, motion, sound, transitions, compositions, and visual treatments. You do not need to know every software shortcut right away, but you must have a strong creative instinct, use your own brain, handle feedback openly, and take complete ownership of your work.

This is a hands-on role for a curious creator who understands the business side of creative production, and grows in a fast-paced environment where reliability and meeting deadlines matter as much as talent.

What You'll Work On

- Short-Form & Social Media Content: Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional edits, and social media brand content.
- Visual Storytelling: Transform raw footage from different cameras and environments into highly engaging visual narratives.
- Brand Guidelines Alignment: Understand and apply a brand’s visual language, rules, appropriate typography, and colours.
- Technical Post-Production: Perform colour correction, creative colour grading, audio adjustment, and sound design.




- Creative Experimentation: Test different pacing, cuts, transitions, effects, and multiple versions of an edit to see what works best.
- Team Collaboration: Brainstorm with designers and the creative team to build new visual styles for brand campaigns.
- Feedback & Iteration: Receive constructive design notes, execute updates, and improve the final output through patience and testing.

What We Are Looking For

- Design Principles: A basic understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, colour, visual balance, and communication.
- Creative Drive: A strong appetite for trial, experimentation, and moving past strict formulas to make an output genuinely better.
- Software Tools: Required proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a basic grasp of professional editing workflows.
- Good to Have (Not Required): Experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, basic animation, sound design, Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Core Professionalism: Absolute sincerity, discipline with commitments, and high reliability when dealing with team deadlines.

Who Should NOT Apply

Please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term time-pass internship or are only interested in getting a certificate. This role is not for you if you need to be spoon-fed every step, copy trends blindly, or get defensive about feedback and iterations. We are not looking for someone who is extremely conservative about experimentation who just wants to execute straightforward commands and log out.
