Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Reels Production

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form social media content.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, polished, and platform-ready videos.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, background music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Maintain strong video pacing, storytelling, visual quality, and audience engagement.
- Follow provided scripts, editing references, brand guidelines, and creative briefs.
- Export videos in the appropriate formats and aspect ratios for different social media platforms.
- Implement feedback and complete revisions within agreed deadlines.

1. Graphic Design & Static Creatives

- Design high-quality static social media posts, promotional graphics, and marketing creatives.
- Create Instagram carousel posts and other visual assets based on provided content and briefs.
- Maintain brand consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts, and visual identity.
- Adapt creative assets to different campaign requirements and social media formats.
- Prepare final designs and editable source files for delivery.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or social media creative production is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional video editing software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Practical experience editing Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and maintain brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating both video editing and graphic design skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, or social media brands.
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats and creative requirements.
- Experience managing creative deliverables across multiple brands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
