JOB SUMMARY - We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and self-driven AI Content Creator, Video Editor & Social Media Manager to manage our digital content production and social media presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging real estate videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media posts, Hindi voiceovers, and real estate news content. The candidate must be comfortable using AI tools to improve video production efficiency, creating original content, managing social media platforms, researching real estate trends, and developing strategies to increase audience engagement.

This is a completely work-from-home position requiring independent execution, creativity, effective communication, and consistent delivery of quality content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- VIDEO EDITING AND PRODUCTION Edit property showcase videos, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Handle video editing, colour grading, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects. Create engaging videos highlighting property features, amenities, locations, pricing, and investment potential. Adapt video content for different social media platforms and formats.
- AI-POWERED CONTENT CREATION Use AI tools to improve video production quality, creativity, and efficiency. Explore AI video generation, image animation, motion graphics, automated subtitles, voice enhancement, and content repurposing. Use AI tools for content research, scriptwriting, creative concepts, and marketing materials. Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive production tasks while maintaining professional output quality.
- VOICEOVERS AND CONTENT WRITING Record clear,



confident, and engaging Hindi voiceovers for property videos and promotional content. Develop original content ideas, video scripts, engaging opening hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts. Communicate real estate information in a simple, informative, and engaging manner. Demonstrate good verbal communication in Hindi. Knowledge of English is preferred.
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan content calendars and handle content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. Create Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, Shorts, and other platform-specific content. Write engaging captions, headlines, descriptions, and relevant hashtags. Monitor audience interactions, trending formats, and content performance. Work towards increasing organic reach, engagement, watch time, and follower growth.
- REAL ESTATE NEWS AND MARKET RESEARCH Research Bengaluru real estate news, property launches, infrastructure developments, metro expansions, and investment trends. Convert relevant real estate developments into timely videos, posts, and other social media content. Monitor competitor content and identify emerging trends and opportunities. Verify information through credible sources before publishing property-related news or market claims.
- CONTENT PLANNING AND COORDINATION Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives. Maintain organized digital folders for raw footage, edited videos, graphics, scripts, and published content. Follow company branding guidelines and maintain consistent content quality. Meet deadlines and independently manage assigned deliverables in a remote work environment. Review content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.





REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Practical experience in video editing and digital content creation. Working knowledge of Geolayers, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Hands-on experience with AI tools for video production and content creation. Ability to record confident and engaging Hindi & English voiceovers. Strong content writing, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills. Experience managing social media platforms and publishing content consistently. Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, audience engagement, and social media trends. Ability to research real estate news and develop relevant content. Good communication, creativity, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver quality output while working remotely.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience in editing property videos, digital marketing, or social media management. Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling. Experience improving social media engagement or growing digital audiences. A portfolio showcasing video editing, voiceovers, Reels, and social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
