Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Punjab, India.

The Video

Editor is responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, engaging video content for films, web series, music videos, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and reviewing footage, editing sequences, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color adjustments, and preparing exports for various platforms. The role involves close collaboration with directors, producers, and other creative team members to maintain narrative flow, brand consistency,



and project deadlines.

The Video

Editor may also contribute to motion graphics and visual enhancements that support storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for narrative and promotional content.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality image aesthetics.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.

Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects) is beneficial.

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition, with attention to detail and sound design alignment.

Ability to collaborate within a creative team, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is advantageous, along with a portfolio showcasing previous video work.
