ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our team and assist with video editing, social media content creation, and digital marketing activities for The Belgian Waffle Xpress (TBWX) and other associate ventures.

This internship is ideal for freshers and aspiring video editors who want hands-on experience creating engaging short-form videos, promotional content, and brand creatives while learning industry-relevant editing techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Editing: Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, and other short-form social media content.
2. Social Media Content: Create engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
3. AI Content Creation: Assist in creating AI-generated videos, visuals, animations, and creative promotional content.
4. Basic Graphic Designing: Create simple social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
5. Video Enhancements: Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and other elements to improve video quality.
6. Trend Research: Identify trending Reels, editing styles, audio, and content formats to develop fresh creative ideas.
7. Basic Shooting Support: Assist with product shoots, food videography, framing, lighting, and camera setup whenever required.
8. Campaign Support: Help create content for product launches, festivals, outlet openings, offers, and marketing campaigns.
9. Content Coordination: Organize video files, manage project assets, incorporate feedback, and complete assigned work within deadlines.
10. Learning & Development:



Explore new editing techniques, AI tools, and creative workflows to improve content quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of video editing software.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of transitions, text overlays, music, and sound effects.
- Creativity and an interest in visual storytelling.
- Willingness to learn AI content creation and graphic design tools.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively with the team.

SOFTWARE & TOOLSVideo Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Graphic Design: Canva or similar tools.

AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Flow/Veo, or other AI content creation tools.

Candidates are not expected to master every tool. A willingness to learn and improve is essential.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Freshers and students interested in video editing can apply.
- A degree or professional certification is not mandatory.
- A portfolio, sample edits, or personal creative projects will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be creative, responsible, and eager to learn in a professional work environment.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Panchkula, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, and nearby areas will be preferred, as the internship requires working from the office near Sector 20, Panchkula. STIPEND & LEARNING OPPORTUNITIESMonthly Stipend: ₹10,000
