Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhopal.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished educational and promotional content that aligns with AGPH Books’ brand and academic standards. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing video assets, performing cuts and transitions, color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating text and graphic elements where needed. The role also involves collaborating with content creators, authors, and the marketing team to understand project objectives, propose visual concepts,



and ensure timely delivery of video projects.

The Video

Editor will be expected to maintain consistency in style, optimize videos for various digital platforms, and stay updated with best practices in video production and post-production.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and the ability to plan, shoot, and manage video projects from concept to completion.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, sound syncing, and refining footage for clarity and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual quality, maintain consistency, and support the desired mood and tone.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,flow Google AI DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and basic audio editing tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to follow brand and academic guidelines.
