About the Role

As the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, you will stand at the intersection of cutting-edge AI engineering and strategic enterprise transformation. You will be responsible for defining, architecting, and driving AI initiatives and scalable solutions for a diverse portfolio of tier-one clients across Retail, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Hospital industries.

This is a high-impact executive role requiring a rare combination of deep technology and engineering fundamentals, exceptional business acumen, and a top-tier educational pedigree. You will lead an elite team of AI researchers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to turn state-of-the-art AI concepts into production-grade enterprise solution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Leadership & Client Advisory

•Drive AI Initiatives: Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic architect for AI/ML solutions across key industry verticals (Retail, CPG, Media, Logistics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Hospitals).

•Enterprise Transformation: Partner with C-suite client executives to identify high-value business challenges and conceptualize, design, and deploy bespoke AI strategies that drive measurable ROI.

•Thought Leadership: Position the firm as a global leader in AI by publishing whitepapers, speaking at premier industry conferences, and anticipating market shifts in Generative AI, LLMs,



and computer vision.

Deep Tech Engineering & Architecture

•Technical Steering: Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML production pipelines. Ensure solutions conform to rigorous engineering standards, MLOps best practices, and enterprise-grade security compliance.

•Cross-Industry Application: Oversee the development of specialized solutions ranging from hyper-personalized retail recommendation engines and supply chain demand forecasting to life sciences bioinformatics pipelines and healthcare clinical workflow automation.

•Innovation & R&D;: Incubate an internal R&D; culture to evaluate emerging AI frameworks, hardware accelerators, and foundational models, translating lab innovations into repeatable client offerings.

Team Scaling & Delivery Excellence

•Talent Magnetism: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Tech Leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and rigorous engineering execution.

•Delivery Accountability: Guarantee the successful, on-time delivery of complex engagement portfolios, managing cross-functional technical teams to meet strict performance and accuracy benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Pedigree

•Top-Tier Academic Background: Engineering or Technology degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top-tier institution.

Experience & Technical Skills

•Proven Track Record: 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, and AI systems,



with at least 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (VP, Head of AI, or Principal/Director) within a technology services or advanced product environment.

•Deep Tech Background: Strong roots in foundational software engineering. Proficient knowledge of distributed computing (Spark, Ray), deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow), and modern cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

•Domain Mastery: Demonstrable experience building and deploying production-scale AI systems across multiple targeted verticals:

oRetail/CPG: Demand sensing, price optimization, customer lifetime value models.

oMedia & Entertainment: Content recommendation, multimodal analysis, generative asset creation.

oLogistics/Supply Chain: Network optimization, autonomous routing, predictive maintenance.

oHealthcare/Life Sciences/Hospitals: Clinical NLP, medical imaging, molecular property prediction, hospital operational efficiency.

•Consultative Prowess: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex mathematical and engineering concepts into transparent business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
