- Experience and familiarity in valuing complex financial products, including fixed income securities, convertible debt, options, warrants, derivatives, etc., or in analyzing complex business situations using quantitative analytics
- Strong background in mathematical finance at the Master's level - degree in Mathematical Finance, Mathematics of Finance, Financial Engineering or Quantitative Finance, or a related technical discipline.
- Quantitative analysis technical skills and experience with modeling and valuation tools (Monte-Carlo Simulations, Black Scholes, Options Theory, Bloomberg, and Numerix) are a plus.
- 1-4 years of relevant Complex Securities Valuation experience
