We are looking for experienced professionals for our US Car Rental Process who possess excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in international car rental operations. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident, and capable of handling US-based customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to car rentals, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and booking confirmations.
- Assist customers with vehicle availability, rental rates, policies, and booking-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate booking documentation.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting process-specific performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international car rental process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Important: Candidates with relevant international car rental experience will be preferred. Excellent English communication is mandatory. Must be from Delhi, Noida, Gurugram (if willing to relocate)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
