- We are Directly working with top 20 + Global Pharma/Medical Devices/IT Company
- Hold top Ranging in managing MSP/VMS Clients
- Working on Latest tool like Jobdiva and with all Major job Board (Dice/Monster/Career Builder/Linkedin (Premium)/Indeed etc)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Clinical/IT /Pharma recruitment process across various Technologies.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2 (90%), 1099 & Corp to Corp) for Direct Client
- Prior Experience in Direct Client Hiring , Worked on VMS/MSP Model (Fieldglass, Beeline, Agile1, Wand)
- Willing to work on Pharma/Scientific Requirement, Prior Experience hiring for Clinical/Scientific client Preferred
- Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
- Using recruiting portals like Career Builder , Dice , Monster, LinkedIn, ATS- Jobdiva.




- Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
