US Senior OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

GSK Solutions Inc., with 17+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment, is looking for experienced and motivated US Senior OPT Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and onboarding US IT consultants, handling documentation, and maintaining strong consultant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit H1B consultants for US IT staffing requirements.
- Make at least 40 cold calls daily to connect with and engage consultants.
- Onboard at least 4 H1B transfer-ready consultants with 10+ years of experience per month.
- Build and maintain strong consultant relationships and talent pipelines.
- Collect and verify consultant documents, including visa, driver's license, and updated resume.
- Ensure all required documents and compliance checks are completed before profile marketing.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales and Delivery teams for consultant onboarding and profile submissions.
- Schedule 34 calls with managers or leadership each week.
- Track recruitment activities, submissions, feedback,



and onboarding progress.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 3 to 10 years of experience in US OPT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong cold-calling, sourcing, and consultant onboarding skills.
- Experience handling senior-level consultants with 10+ years of experience.
- Valuable understanding of US staffing processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
