- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex business processes using Appian BPM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop technical architectures for large-scale projects using J2EE technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Apache Tomcat.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on solution design, development, testing & deployment.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Appian BPM development.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture (JBOSS) and ability to design scalable solutions.
- Experience with Process Modeling tools like CDF or SAIL is desirable but not mandatory.
