About Us
Malviy Group provides back-office support to property preservation contractors in the US. We are hiring experienced people to process Safeguard Properties work orders for our regional vendors.

Must-Have Experience (Mandatory)

- We are hiring experienced candidates only. Freshers should not apply.
- You must already have hands-on experience with Safeguard Properties work orders. If you have not worked on Safeguard work orders before, do not apply.

What You'll Do

- Process and update Safeguard work orders for regional vendors
- Review photos and make sure they meet Safeguard requirements
- Prepare and submit bids
- Tag photos, write comments, and complete results on time
- Handle rejections, re-submissions,



and follow-ups
- Keep in touch with vendors on pending items and due dates

Requirements

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Safeguard Properties work orders (required)
- Good knowledge of property preservation: winterization, grass cuts, debris, securing, inspections
- Good written English
- Reliable internet connection, a working laptop or PC, and power backup
- Available for the full 8 PM – 5 AM IST shift, 6 days a week
