? Hiring: US IT Recruiter – Freshers

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Salary: ₹2.53 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus up to ₹1 Lakh + Incentives

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (within 1 week)

Transportation: No cab facility

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.

- Screen candidates and assess communication skills.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Learn US IT recruitment processes and hiring requirements.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment, sales, or calling experience.

- Good English communication skills.

- Comfortable working night shifts and travelling to the Whitefield office.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals.
