Position: US HR Operations Manager

Location: Hyderabad(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

- 15+ years of progressive US HR Operations experience with significant exposure to US employee lifecycle management.

- Strong hands-on experience in US hiring, onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, documentation, employee relations, and HR operations.

- Experience managing HR operations across multiple Business Units and/or large employee populations.

- Strong understanding of US HR practices, employment compliance, benefits, employee documentation, and HR governance.

- Strong experience in attrition, retention, employee engagement, performance management, and employee grievance/escalation handling.

- Build and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, utilization, bench, employee movement, workforce costs,



and other key HR metrics across all three BUs.

- Experience working closely with US/onshore HR teams and senior business stakeholders.

- Solid HRMS experience; exposure to Zoho People or similar HR platforms and HR process automation will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

- Ability to work during the US shift and manage multiple priorities across three BUs.

- High level of confidentiality, integrity, attention to detail, and ownership.

- Ability to identify operational gaps and proactively implement process improvements and standardized HR practices.
