Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US Healthcare Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment. Training will be provided to help candidates understand US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals for various job openings in the US healthcare industry.
- Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, qualifications, and availability.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and update recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, submissions, and feedback.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Learn about US healthcare roles, staffing requirements, and recruitment procedures.

Required Skills





- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
