Role & responsibilities:

- 3+ years of experience in US Full cycle recruitment of Non-IT / Engineering professionals in manufacturing domain.

- Must have experience in Perm Hiring model.

- Working experience of US based job portals and excellent expertise into US time zones and states.

- Excellent IT/Non-IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook

- English language skills (both verbal and written)

- Excellent searching techniques like Boolean, X-ray searches etc.

- Demonstrating and commitment to skilled standards

- Time management, planning and organisation

- Record keeping
- Graduate- in any discipline

- Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks
- The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly





- Strong clients focus & customer support: follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement.
