GSK Solutions Inc., with 17+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment, is looking for experienced and target-oriented US Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing H1B consultants, building vendor relationships, generating interview opportunities, and managing the end-to-end bench sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market H1B consultants to US vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Perform daily cold calls, email marketing, and vendor follow-ups.
- Verify consultant availability, work authorization, rate, location, and project preferences.
- Review and format resumes based on genuine skills and relevant job requirements.
- Obtain consultant approval before every submission and maintain ethical marketing practices.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback,



submissions, and consultant placements.
- Maintain accurate marketing trackers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required Skills
- 3 to 10 years of experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of H1B consultant marketing and the US vendor ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, cold-calling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate interview opportunities and secure project placements.
- Strong focus on compliance, transparency, and target achievement.
