Job Summary:

We are looking for an MBA HR qualified to join our HR team as an Executive Payroll. The candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll process, collecting and validating payroll inputs from project sites, maintaining employee records, and ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for employees and project/site manpower.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowances, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs from various project sites.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, including new joiners, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, exits, bank details, and statutory information.
- Process monthly payroll through the HRMS/Payroll system and ensure the accuracy of salary calculations.
- Handle full and final settlements for resigned or terminated employees, including leave encashment,



gratuity, notice pay, recoveries, and other applicable dues.
- Coordinate with project/site HR teams to ensure timely submission and validation of attendance and payroll inputs.
- Maintain payroll records and reports and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, and other payroll matters.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- SAP experience in HR is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of statutory components such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and gratuity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and good data-handling skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet monthly payroll deadlines.
