Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) IT Sales

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting the company's IT staffing and manpower services. This role involves both office-based work and field visits for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify potential clients requiring IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and technology services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and explore new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and company presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into business opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to understand and fulfil client requirements.
- Maintain lead databases, client visit reports, and daily sales activity trackers.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, client meeting, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn IT sales.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate can apply; BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or MBA candidates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internships or experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or business development will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and direct client interaction.
