we are looking for robust MS 365 engineer with below skill set.
Skills Required (as many as possible)
- 35+ yrs Microsoft 365 / collaboration platform engineering experience
- Exchange Online — mailbox management, mail flow, hybrid considerations
- Microsoft Teams administration — policies, meetings, voice/telephony (basic)
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business administration
- Azure AD / Entra ID — group-based licensing and M365 service access
- M365 compliance centre basics — DLP, retention, sensitivity labels
- PowerShell (Exchange Online Management Shell, Microsoft Graph)
- ITIL foundations — incident and change management
- Language: English fluent required
- Certification preferred: MS-102 or MS-203
