What will you drive?
Procurement Pricing & Targets
- Evaluate and finalize procurement prices for cars on a daily basis.
- Ensure procurement targets are met while maintaining healthy margins.
Listing Price Benchmarking
- Review listing prices of every car listed on the CARS24 platform.
- Benchmark prices against current market trends and competitor pricing, and set or update the correct listing prices for all cars.
- Take end-to-end ownership of Sell Through Rate (STR) and inventory management across assigned hubs.
Cohort-Level Problem Solving
- Identify problematic cohorts based on key performance metrics.
- Work on both procurement-side and sales-side levers to resolve cohort-wise performance gaps.
Cross-Functional & Ground Coordination
- Coordinate closely with hub teams for ground operations and central stakeholders.
- Provide pricing and operational support to ensure smooth execution at the ground level.
