- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets in the agency channel.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.

- Build robust relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in agency sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
