- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the field.

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills of team members.

- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 years of experience in direct sales or related field (preferably life insurance).

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective team management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

- Basic understanding of financial products such as life insurance policies.
