Hiring: Unit Manager / Parent Relationship Manager

Location:Ballygunge, Kolkata- 700029

Salary: 40k to 50k per month

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

Admissions & Business Growth

- Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Conduct parent counseling and school tours.
- Build relationships within the local community.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and admission events.
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion and improve conversion rates.

Operations & Leadership

- Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff.
- Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
- Build strong parent relationships and community trust.




- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to implement best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
- 5 years of experience as a Preschool Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
